“The staff at Haslem Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy. The breakfast was lovely. Lisburn is a quiet area outside of Belfast with a quick train into the city. It was nice to have a quiet retreat at the end of our days exploring. The hotel was a great base for us with our rental car to Derry and the Giant's Causeway as well. The area has lots of pubs, coffee shops, convenience stores and groceries. There is a cinema across the street. I would book this hotel...

“Great hotel and convenient to transport hub. Staff were some of the most helpful and friendliest I’ve ever been greeted by. Very spacious bedroom and I had a wonderful comfortable sleep. Buffet breakfast was delicious with good choices of hot and cold food/drinks. Lovely spacious bar area and great that they had live music lined up for the weekend whilst we were there. Definitely recommend The Haslem!”

“Albergo carino in zona porticciolo e comoda per il centro (market/fast food a poco distanza). Alcune camere sono proprio affacciate sul porticciolo , purtroppo la nostra dava vista tetti e non avevano altre disponibili. Le camere sono moderne ma piccoline quindi adatte e soggiorni dalla durata limitata. Bagni puliti e attrezzati con doccia. La colazione non l’abbiamo incusa nel nostro soggiorno per questioni di tempi e spostamenti, posso però dirvi che ha un costo aggiuntivo a persona di 6£.”

The area has many options for dining and is a short walk from Queens University and botanical gardens as well as the local transit train with easy access to the airport. ”

We were slightly taken aback at the rundown appearance of the main areas and hallways, but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything is painted a very, very dark grey (hallways and room itself) which do not do any favours to your sense of safety.
