“This 'hotel' was completely mis-represented in the Expedia listing. Amenities listed, such as air conditioning, breakfast, parking were either non-existent (AC) or had an additional charge. Room was dirty and not ready. Room ventilation was sketchy. Window was sealed shut so we could not open it to allow for better ventilation. no room for luggage which caused pathways to the door to be blocked - another fire hazard. Many more issues. I am going to contact Expedia more directly regarding...

“I didn’t realise upon booking that the hotel has no A/C throughout, my room was 27 degrees, woke up at 2 am due to it being red hot and went and sat near reception as it was around 10 deg lower than the room, there was a free standing fan in the room which looked like it had done a few rounds with Mike Tyson, then just to top it off the fridge didn’t work at all, and when we reported it nothing was done. For £180 for 2 people for 1 night I could have stayed somewhere with a/c, a swimming pool &...

Purtroppo condizionatore assai rumoroso , impossibile da spegnere anche seguendo le indicazioni della reception, alla fine ho dovuto staccare la chiave dalla fessura che abilita l'accensione delle luci per riuscire a dormire. ”
