“I usually don't bother with reviews but I really wanted to point out how nice the people who work at this place are and how it's a great option for a missed flight disaster or whatever you're dealing with around Heathrow. If you're going to arrive after 10 PM make sure you contact them to get the self-check in codes and instructions. Fridge in room , tea and coffee in room and cozy set up. My 7 AM Uber to Heathrow was only 15 GPB. ”

“After a bad start (we arrived late - after a phone call in wich they say "don't worry if you arrive until 9pm someone will be there" and then nope...we arrived at half past 8 but nobody was in there and we had to make another 2 phone calls to have the key for the room...) all was just great! “Excellent customer service and beautiful rooms with hot water and decent water pressure. TV didn't seem to get a signal, but the wifi was good.
