Guest house a Windsor

“2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....

“I had a very disappointing experience with this accommodation. When I arrived, I was unexpectedly asked to pay a holding deposit that had not been mentioned in the listing or prior communication. With no clarification or support, I was left in a difficult situation and ultimately had to find alternative accommodation at short notice. There was no communication or assistance provided at my check in time which made the experience very stressful. I would not recommend this stay based on my...
