Guest house a Windsor

“2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....

“BEWARE, this property greatly lacks security! The listing does (minimally) state that there is no staff on site. Yet, My wife & I were given entry into the building without having completed the supposed mandatory online check-in, having only spoken to someone through the Ring doorbell camera. We found that the key lock box for our room has been improperly closed by the previous guest, with our room key literally falling out of the lock box when we entered the house. “I was a bit disappointed as on arrival I was told there is no breakfast however apart from that i had a pleasant stay.”

“The location was convenient to the airport. We didn’t have a long stay there but the breakfast was good.”
