“Bigger than expected. Nice place to stay for a few days.”

“The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...

“Very well laid out property with plenty of room for the whole family as well as a spacious walk in wardrobe, study/work area, a lovely ensuite room as well as a family bathroom and extremely comfortable beds. The complimentary contents in the fridge and on the kitchen top also went down well. Highly recommended.”

“The room was beautiful, warm and comfortable. The stay itself was pleasantly quiet with no disturbances and the tap water tasted clean. The amenities were clean and easy to use, if this room were my own home, I would be extremwly happy and I would personally stay again.”

“Yes the apartment had issues with water stains on the curling and mold in the corner. Fridge had not been properly cleaned and still had crumbs in it. The heating wasn’t working and the hot water for showers was inconsistent. Overal it wasn’t what the pictures represented”

It was Not clear overnight parking was at Two rivers and hourly was at bridge street. If sensitive to noice, do not stay here. Constant traffic and with no ac windows need to be opened. By a traffic light so made it even louder. We loved the space and what the apartment offered but the noice and lack of communication on...

“There were no locks on both door to the balcony that did not lock. No towel holders or hooks anywhere in the house for bath towels or any other clothes item. No toilet paper holder in bathroom. We said we were four people and they only gave us three bath towels. The pullout bed in the living room was like a rock to sleep on. The map shows the house where the car park is, when in fact the house is not where the map says it is. The landlord said the map shows where the residence was and it wasn’t....
