“JHale Oak Farm has obviously been a well appointed family home now perhaps a little tired in decor and equipment. However it provided a good value, ideal space for our family to meet up over half term week.The house is in a beautiful rural situation. We enjoyed walks in the surrounding countryside and a trip on the local restored canal.Ken was a most helpful and accessible host even advising us how to lower the Aga temperature in a heat wave! “Very important to note that this property is an en-suite room in a shared space. The space to eat and the kitchen pictured are not exclusively part of the booking, and are shared with multiple other rooms. The kitchen is not well equipped even for making tea/coffee with no mugs, cups or glasses available or even washing up liquid.
