“The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. “Good sized shower with plenty of flow and hot water. Lots of places to eat nearby that were open 'til 11pm and later. Arrived at 4pm and managed to get the last parking space. The room was small, but we were only stopping one night so was absolutely fine for us, it was a bit warm, but it had an appropriately light duvet. Uber from Terminal 5 cost approximately £38 (£8 of which was for uber to enter the pick up point)”

“My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. Paul was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you .”
