“From when we arrived to when we left, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. During our stay, there were half term activities for the kids and extra swimming times. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant one evening, but was disappointed the other restaurant was closed. High tea and breakfast in the orchid room was great. Our room was spacious and very comfortable! Will definitely be visiting again. ”

“Hi we always have a lovely stay at your hotel and I've given Google reviews to say so. I thought I would just mention though that this time our room was a let down. It was more of a cosy room than an executive. No where to put anything and my partner smashed his head twice. I would say it was more like the staffs quarters from years ago. I would recommend you just check the rooms description because apart from the towels nothing else was executive about it. But, we love your hotel and you know...

“The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. “Old style british Hotel...senza lode e sena infamia. Il personale cordialissimo e gentile, ed anche la cucina non malvagia. C'è un comodo parcheggio coperto, ed il pub/ristorante ha sia posto all'interno che all'esterno quando bello. Si affaccia su un fiume navigabile...carino come posto, ma non aspettatevi lo stile europeo.”

“Accolti con grazia e gentilezza dallo staff della minuscola ed anonima reception, rimaniamo tre notti dormendo in una camera pulita e facendo colazione con buffet sufficientemente fornito.
