“Nel complesso un buon hotel, camera grande e pulita. Parcheggio sotterraneo comodo Peccato per la colazione: pagato 20£ per un buffet nella media, decisamente eccessivo”

“Had to cancel our trip due to a medical emergency and flight cancellation. Contacted all hotels we had booked—five refunded us without issue. Even Ryanair did. Cairn Hotel was the only one that flat-out refused, no empathy, no flexibility, not even a partial credit. I explained everything, even pleaded—but they just hid behind their “policy.” I could’ve paid more for the flexible rate, but budget was tight. Shame, because we were really looking forward to staying. Very disappointing experience.”

“Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. We upgraded to a grand suite which was gorgeous. Had a meal at eighty eight, the look of the restaurant was great and the food matched, very tasty. A slight issue with some drinks going on our bill by mistake which I’m unsure how that happened as you sign for them, and we didn’t get our chocolates and water for the journey home which the check out staff said would be in our car. Overall a fabulous stay with some tiny issues.”

“The room was lovely rather like a suite. All the staff were well manned and polite. It was a lovely overnight stay - definitely returning.”
