“What a gem - in quiet village - our go to place to stay to visit Designer Outlet and York city the next day - staff extremely welcoming and helpful - cosy country atmosphere -our second stay and will be going back to try the super menu for Sunday lunch - thanks team for making our stays so perfect every time !!!”

“This property is lovely and very spacious. All kitted out with essentials. Close to Penistone where there was nice cafe’s. We went for lunch at Ye Olde Mustard Pot and this was yummy. Nice decking area and hot tub is an added bonus. The only thing we weren’t aware of is that the property is next door to the owners and when we were outside one evening, the owners and their friends were also using the outdoor area and pizza oven. However, this was not an issue and the property is spacious enough...

“Room was lovely and comfy. Very clean wth en-suite, shower with amenities, towels body/shower gel, conditioner, hand cream and soap. Comfy double bed, the room had a coffee machine, kettle, fan and hairdryer. 32 inch TV suitable for room size. Complimentary breakfast more of a continental style but not fully. Teas, coffees, cereals, fruit, small selection of juices and toaster and microwave. Host was on hand to make hot drinks and toast, very hospitable and friendly. Guest are welcome to help...
