“This is an amazing spot. My family of 5 had everything we needed. I love that it was so close to city center but easily accessible. There is a pub next door that plays music a little late so if you like to go to bed early this may not be the spot for you. If we are ever in the area we will be back!”

“I have been to York many times and stayed in many great places around the city but this beats them all. An easy 3 minute walk to Yorkminster, a Sainsbury's out front and The Bootham Tavern pub across the street. The pictures included in the listing are 100% accurate. The flat itself is roomy, well appointed and has all the amenities one expects (more, actually). It was quiet, comfortable and extremely clean. And having a parking spot in the lower level garage was a bonus. On my next trip, this...

“Spent 4 nights in York. Wanted to be near the Minster but not stay in a hotel as we don’t enjoy eating out all the time. Also, as we’d been in Europe for 3 weeks we wanted the availability of laundry facilities. ”

“A very spacious apartment but very basic, beds were very uncomfortable and after a long day in the city you need a comfy bed. A good location, easy walking into the city. No parking although it did state parking which was a little stressful as we arrived late in the evening. Host is a management company, so the communication was delayed out of hours. Needs more comfort and better communication.hourshours. ”
