“There is no pool here, for the last night of my stay i paid online when I went down to the office they told me that Expedia has not been paying them for the guests that paid online and I would have to pay them directly if I wanted to stay. I explained that I would not be able to do that as I had already paid Expedia for the stay. He told me in this case they would make an exception but only for this one time. “Breakfast was very good. Front office staff was very nice!! The room however was terrible. The floors were dirty and slippery. There was dirt and dead bugs all over!! There were not enough towels to accommodate us in the bath and the microwave area. The beds were very uncomfortable. We were scheduled to stay 3 nights and had to leave after 2 nights. They stated we were get a refund of the 3rd night. I asked if we would be compensated for all the issues we dealt with in the room. She was going to...

“Older motel, thin walls and floors so you hear everything from other guests. All night plumbing sounded like it was coming through the ceiling. Some guests up 6 or 7 times at night. Broken chair and no hot tea. Would not recommend. Thought we had booked one of the cabins but apparently booked a room. Website deceiving. Would not stay there again.”

“I stayed for one night. Staff were very kind, allowed me to check in early as my room was ready. I had done some crabbing that am and they have a shed in back for cleaning and cooking the catch. Needs a little upgrade but the basics were there and a nice touch. Beach was close, about a five minute walk. Room was well appointed. Really my only complaint—or recommendation—would be to place lamps on the side tables in the bedrooms. ”
