“I felt so terrible for the older woman who was working by herself. She seemed very lost. The computer system was down so many mistakes were made, and there was a line of people to check in. There was a mixup in our room so it took us probably about 45 minutes to check in. The hot tub was not working, which was one of the main reasons we booked this place. The breakfast was terrible. I’m not sure if the batter for the waffles was bad but none of the kids would eat it. The price was right and we...

“The room overlooking the water was perfect. Spacious, with a kitchenette, comfortable bed, beautiful view. A bit dated but clean and everything functioning. The breakfast was very good. The pool was good but the jacuzzi did not have enough bubbles. The staff was very nice. In general a great place to stay for a reasonable price.”

“No proper breakfast! No seating for families! No hot pool facility. If you are looking for a good pet-friendly hotel with a good breakfast and pool/hot pool, stay somewhere else with the price you pay for this hotel.”

“My family and I absolutely love this place! There’s so much to do.. Kayaking with provided equipment, a game room with tons of activities a pool table, and foosball..They also have hot tub/pool, horseshoes, and a fire pit where they even provide s’mores. It’s also within walking distance to the beach, which made it even better. They’re very accommodating for dogs, and there’s even a dog park where our pup could run around and play. “We requested a blanket for the hide a bed but for two nights didn’t receive one. Toilet seat was broken, still usable but should have been replaced. No designated parking so you have to rely on public parking lot which wasn’t a big deal due to the time of year. The place was clean and nice, just a couple of small details that would have made the stay a little nicer”

“No hand soap in the bathroom. Had to call for more towels and TP. No silverware in the kitchen. No paper towels. Remotes didn't work so TV was working. Was clean and nice paint job. Had to checkin at days inn across street. They didn't answer the phone a few times at the inn.... We asked for and reserved a room with king bed and sofa queen bed. Didnt get that! had to have a family member bring a folding cot from home!”
