Hotel a Irvines Landing

“Room was clean, batheroom was lovely and had very nice products, staff at check in/out were nice. Location was great! Looks like the renovations aren't completely finished as our room needed proper window coverings, matching bedside lamps (one was truly awful!), had no wall decorations of any sort and needed another lamp in the corner as it was a very dark room. Bed was comfortable but it made a clanging down when you got i and out which was odd, like someone banging a steel drum. The chairs...

“It's pleasant that the room is newly renovated. The window blind could have been done in a way that it can be drawn to allow natural light to come but still maintain privacy (Rm 25). ”

“Terrible communication. Only able to check in between 4-5pm. Got there no phone number. Room smells like curry, relatively clean but the stench was horrible. Pictures of the room are deceiving. Not at all the room as shown in booked pictures. Very disappointed. Great view but be prepared for poor service. When you go check in and your told it’s your fault that you didn’t call ahead to say you were arriving at 8pm. I don’t know where in the world 8pm is considered a late arrival. ”

“We had a wonderful time with our furry friend at the cabin # 4 that we enjoy the great view and peaceful surroundings. The only downside was an odor in the cabin, which was stronger in the bathroom, we left all the windows open to air it out day and night! Other than that, everything was fantastic!”
