“A/C didnt work in the first room. In the new room it was great. I extended the stay and explained I would be having an additional guest. Ater they arrived I was told there was an additional 500 php per day charged for the additional guest. We ordered room service and they kept leaving the dirty plates in th w room, despite stopping at the front desk and asking for someone to come take them. Staff was friendly but I would suggest that reception staff get familiar with the surrounding area to advise guests of what and how to get to known destinations. “The resort is a work site! As all work sites, the hall, the lift and even the room are all as dusty as a work site can be. And even if new is poorly built..
