Almost all of the staff were great except for the person taking the calls for room service. Less than friendly, very rushed and sounded annoyed. Could be she was having a bad day, but when dealing with guests, you should fake it till you make it (to the end of your shift). Other than her, the stay was lovely, nice room and the view of Piedmont Park was amazing. Even saw Stone Mountain from my room in the far distance.

Well located, comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet as expected. I stayed here multiple times pre-pandemic and it was noticeably cleaner, in better repair and smelled better. In recent stays ive noticed a distinct odor in the room emanating from the carpet. Ive requested or purchased odor removal product each time. I don't know if it's because people started bringing their dogs into hotel rooms during the pandemic or the hotel cant afford upkeep but there has been a change.
