“The staff were very friendly. I got a 2 bedroom suite for me and my family. The rooms are beautiful and clean. My only pet peeve with most hotels in general is that they only provide 3 towels when the room sleeps 4. We asked for an extra towel and it was provided right away. Breakfast and the dining area was very spacious. Free 24hr coffee was great. You need your room card to go up or enter areas such as restrooms in the lobby. I find this a good security measure. I would stay here again.”

“Highly recommend Craftsman Inn when staying in the Syracuse area. Rooms were clean and comfy and felt recently renovated. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold food. The restaurant/bar on site was a great place to watch a game. Fayetteville is a really nice town which if close to Green Lakes state park and numerous golf courses.”

“The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Coffee was good and breakfast was not bad at all. Parking was very convenient with access close to doors. Has ping pong and corn hole”

“The staff at the resort was very friendly and helpful. If I had questions they answered them. The Steak House food was good and their staff was nice. The whole experience was wonderful.”

“I like the friendly courteous staff at the front desk. She was extremely knowledgeable which was greatly appreciated. The room was bright and clean. The only minor complaint was the main sink located outside the washroom. There was no soap at the sink which meant I need to use the shower soap after using the toilet and either wash my hands in the tub before exciting or wait until I walked over to the sink. Free parking was great!”

“Nice clean place with free breakfast and 24 hour front desk staff. However, for some reason my room would not get cleaned. Most places will clean during the afternoon while everyone is out, but this place just did it in the morning during breakfast. Had to request clean towels from front office, which they did of course, and let them know my room needed to be cleaned but it was still not taken care of. Decent hotel but just disappointed with the lack of housecleaning.”
