Hotel a Lowell

“3rd time here. We like to stop heading up to Virginia from GA. There are so many great restaurants and breweries nearby. The hotel has been consistently clean and staff always prompt, kind, and helpful. Plan to stay again when we pass through Charlotte!”

The only thing that was a little odd was the morning desk clerk had stepped away at 10:45 am (of all times!) and left a key deposit box out. That doesn't work for me. “I don't think the room was cleaned prior. There were pubic hairs on the wall of the shower. A strange brown stain on the blanket. The pillows had eyelash on them and the sheets had black hairs. The room was also extremely humid (with the A/C on). The windows were condensating and the air felt wet.”
