“Clean room, friendly staff, allowed us a late checkout which was awesome ”

“The rooms were spotless, not out dated, awesome shower, comfortable beds. The provided evening and morning food was awesome. We were there the night before New Year’s Eve for a surgery scheduled the next morning and not even thinking about all the celebration that would be happening. The hotel was almost completely booked. “Room was very clean and well organized with basic supplies. Staff were all very courteous and friendly. Cleaning staff went out of their way to provide an open door, extra supplies, and a smile.”

“Excellent facility. Close to airport which we needed. Michael, the shuttle driver from the hotel to the airport, was outstanding. Professional, friendly, and safety minded. Snow storm was bad and he drove very professionally. Dinner the evening before was very good; Kari, the server, was excellent. Will stay here again.”

“Camere spaziose e pulite. Colazione molto buona. Ampia scelta di prodotti da prendere a seconda dei propri gusti: uova strapazzate, salsicce, pane, cereali, muffins, ecc. Ce n'è per tutti i gusti. Il caffè è disponibile h24 e questa è un'ottima cosa. Come spunto di miglioramento suggerisco di non utilizzare più posate di plastica ma di utilizzare quelle ecologiche. Sicuramente ci tornerò.”

“Very nice hotel. Room was great. Not happy about the cancellation of our airport shuttle appointment 20 minutes before we were supposed to be picked up. Ended up having to call an Uber.”

“Al mio arrivo la struttura non ha trovato la mia prenotazione. L'impiegata alla reception è stata molto cortese e gentile nell'offrire tutto il suo supporto ma alla fine ho dovuto effettuare, tramite expedia, una nuova prenotazzione con prezzo notevolmente maggiorato. La zona reception e la zona breakfast è in completa ristrutturazione, come segnalato dalla strttura alla prenotazione, ma la reception sembrava un piccolo campo profughi così come la sala colazione ricavata in una piccola stanza...
