Hotel in zona Alaska, Alto

“I loved the look of the hotel inside and outside. The room was nicely decorated. The only 3 problems that I had were the beds,, pillows, and the bathtub. The bed was hard and the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in at any hotel. I slept on all 4 pillows and it felt like I slept on 1. It was not the regular hotel pillows. The bathtub was dirty with hair in it, and when I stepped in, it made sounds that made me feel like I was about to fall through. I looked forward to a good night’s sleep...

“New clean comfortable affordable ”

“Il personale era gentile, la stanza ampia, il parcheggio gratuito e comodo.”

“We were just passing through, price was right and the property was relatively clean. Staff was nice”

“The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. When I had any questions, or needed something, both were readily answered and obtained.”

“It was our first time staying at a Tru and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Will stay again.”

“Food was great. Complementary happy hour very nice”

“The staff was great and the coffee was hot! Thankful for hotels who permit pets. My dogs had a full grassy area dedicated to dogs and they even had a sanitation station. Beautiful location too surrounded by water - a hidden gem behind busy 28th Street.”

“This is an excellent property. The room and bathroom were large and very clean. The staff were very pleasant and the hot breakfast of eggs and bacon was really delicious. The only negative was we needed 3 beds and the trundle bed is very uncomfortable as well as the scratchy extra blanket but the 2 queen beds are very nice. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The carpet is stained old, the drain in restroom made noises, the sink water didn’t drain, the walls are stained cracked need new remodel. Seems maintenance just paints over things instead of fixing.”

“Was nice”

“Omgosh this was the best hotel I think I’ve ever stayed at. Clean , friendly, love the breakfast . The coffee was great not the watered down stuff you usually get from a hotel. Price was very reasonable”

“Elevator was out of service on two different occasions. I’m 86 yrs old. Toilet was plugged on two different days. Requested room to be refreshed but it never happened. I cancelled and checked out after 3 nights.”

“We love this brand, from the room size, amenities and staff members. Thank you!”
