“Excellent hotel to stay at, close to restaurants, stores for shopping, and easy access to highways. Facility was clean, and the rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Definitely a place to stay at while in Grand Rapids.”

“The staff during check in was kind and courteous. The breakfast hour was very good and tasty food were served. Parking was good as well. The room was clean, but water pressure was poor. ”

“ there could have been a bigger selection of food for breakfast like some scrambled eggs and bacon. the TV had a minimum of channels and there no instructions on use and no way to get some outside channels. I would say it was an ok stay for the price and location, however if th property wants to improve it needs to add more to it's amenities and breakfast”
