“Gentleman working at check in was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, personal, and helpful with the kids. The room was unfortunately not very clean. We found a dusty shirt from a previous visitor under the bathroom sink. Additionally there was hair in the shower. The pool is small, but perfect for my two young children. They loved it! Breakfast was great with hot bacon, potatoes, and eggs coming out frequently. Everyone found something they liked and we left with full stomachs. Overall...

“This is my favorite hotel to stay when I visit Grand Rapids. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable.”

“We arrived to the hotel and while checking in at the front desk, my wife noticed a cockroach crawling near the front desk and floor area. Needless to stay we canceled immediately and left.”

“The room was clean and comfortable however the remote for TV was faulty needed to press buttons 4-5 times to get channels to move also the toilet ran. The included breakfast was sad only waffles & biscuits. Only hard boiled eggs no scrambled or omelette eggs no sausage or bacon. Biggest issue was the keycards they didn’t work very well had to get a new card made at the front desk at night”

“The room I booked was not available, the staff at the desk was not helpful, manager had to step up. Witnessed unfair treatment of another guest, police were involved. Hot tub jet control was broken. The room freezer had old coke explosion that had been left, not cleaned. ”

“Camere spaziose e pulite. Colazione molto buona. Ampia scelta di prodotti da prendere a seconda dei propri gusti: uova strapazzate, salsicce, pane, cereali, muffins, ecc. Ce n'è per tutti i gusti. Il caffè è disponibile h24 e questa è un'ottima cosa. Come spunto di miglioramento suggerisco di non utilizzare più posate di plastica ma di utilizzare quelle ecologiche. Sicuramente ci tornerò.”

“Nice mattress and pillows! Could be cleaner. Found a bunch of hair in the shower drain. Breakfast ended at 9:30. Got there about 8:50. No gravy. No eggs. No cinnamon rolls. The pancake machine was out of batter. But, when informed, they quickly got more food out. ”
