“How to start, I have stayed here in the past and it was great which is why I chose to return. Things have changed dramatically, let’s just start with I have to request to have my room cleaned, clean towels, linens and toilet paper. After 3 days I learned that and supposedly got the room cleaned except for the over flowing trash being emptied. “This was exactly what we needed as a family with kids. The indoor pool, hot tub, and arcade were warm and welcoming. The outdoor pool was great too, but we were early into the summer season so it was still a little too chilly for us. Other families were enjoying it in the cold weather though!
