“Front desk was very helpful getting us adjoining rooms and early check-in. Although we didn’t use the pool, it looked clean. The hot tub was out of commission, but that was OK since we weren’t interested in using it.”

“This property was amazing! It was very clean, a walkable distance to the channel and many restaurants, an easy drive and park to the beach. The breakfast was really good and Shelley, the caretaker, was friendly and knowledgeable about the property and the area. She was amazing! We will definitely be back.”

“Was billed twice for the room. Once on expedia and once at check in. I mentioned to the check in staff that I believed I had already paid when the reservation was made but was told there was no record of it. After reviewing my credit card transactions I found it was paid at the time of reservation. The morning staff did find it and gave a receipt for refund. the refund has not yet posted on my account.”

“Rooms were clean. The pool was awesome! The jacuzzi even better. That was my kid’s favorite part. The staff for the most part was nice. The restaurant connected to the hotel has decent staff. Slow on the customer service part but overall great experience!”

“I don’t recommend this hotel. One of the beds in the room was caved down in the middle, the smoke detector had a garbage bag covering it, the housekeeping staff were sleeping in the rooms and had their children cleaning, rooms weren’t ready by the time we got there to check in at 3pm. It was very run down property and unkept with lots of questionable looking people and making kids feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Safe to say we checked out 10 minutes after getting our hotel room.”
