"We absolutely looooved our stay at the hotel this weekend. We came for a wedding, rented a suite and they gave us 24th floor. The view, even during rain was stunning. "Room were terrible, we had to be switched 4 times due to unclean rooms. The hallway wallpaper is pealing on multiple floors. The hot tub is broken, the restaurant is not in service, the elevator was raggedy."
