“Check in was a mini disaster. The person at the front desk was curt and borderline rude. Nowhere online does it say there are no cribs available so that was an unexpected situation since we needed a travel crib. We were assigned the same room as another person and we literally walked in to them unpacking. The staff did not apologize for the mix up, and again, was somewhat rude when giving us a new room. “Absolutely an amazing place to stay. Breakfast was homemade and amazing. Easy parking and access to the house. The house was well maintained and REALLY clean.”

“Probably wouldn't have looked too close at the little things if I wasn't so turned off by the smell in the room- seemed to get a bit better when we turned the AC on an sprayed some body spray. Didn't swim, but looked at the pool- probably wouldn't have let my kids swim if they had wanted to.”

“Super cute house and VERY conveniently located within minutes from downtown Saugatuck and Douglas! Also: the house has a Tesla charger too. Don’t recall seeing it on the listing but definitely a great option for those with EV’s!”
