“Best stay in South Haven. Comfortable beds, cozy rooms, friendly staff, happy hour where you meet the fellow guests and a delicious breakfast. Todd is a property favorite. We look forward to our next stay at Hotel Nichols. ”

“Bed was hard and smelled strongly of bleach. Bring your own blanket and pillow. Breakfast was bad as well. ”

“Place was excessively dirty. Water in the bathroom couldn’t reach warm temperature. I practically had to break the handle over to the left to get a little bit of warm water. The same with the shower all of a sudden you wood wind up getting a blast of cold water. ”

“Was charged extra for Waterpark which was never explained and doesnt make any sense for the price to stay expedia failed for that and hotel wanted to charge 45 per person not happy at all”

“Mostly quiet and private. Friendly staff. No dish soap. Bathroom soaps are Dove brand. ”

“The entire place met our needs fully. The counter staff as well as the one maintaining the rooms were cordial and friendly. One thing of concern is the condition of the ground level Exit door at the south end of the building. Even though the security lock does work, the door doesn't rest quite securely on the frame and with extra force, someone with bad intent may give himself easy access to the buidling.”

“We tried breakfast the eggs had a lot of water in them .so we ate breakfast next door . The rooms were nice . But not very clean the jet tub didn't work and the in side of the toilet was dirty. There was poop by the toilet paper. Could be nice maybe a new person to clean rooms better ?”

“Our room was full of bed bugs!! We chose this hotel because it is pet friendly. It is not worth the money. The hotel is poorly kept and unclean. The staff is somewhat friendly but does not compensate for the poor conditions.”
