“The water pressure was very poor. There was not a hair dryer in the room and I could hear the people upstairs walking.”

“It was right near a lot of places that made it a convenient place to stay. It was also near where I needed to be. ”

“The pool area with bar service to you while you are wading in the pool is the best! Then sit poolside and order a burger or snack! Live music and towel and water bottles free for your stay! I love this Hotel and Casino! I will always come back.”

“Location was great. Staff is wonderful, very nice people at the front desk, at the breakfast area they were on top of refilling urging that was empty- very good attention to detail. Overall good stay, need to do some upgrades and carpet had some stains. Over Al it was clean and comfortable and again very close to the dunes and beach.”

My room had a skeleton key and i couldnt figure out how to make it work and was too scared i would either lock myself in or out so i didnt use it and just trusted nobody would mess with anything. “When we arrived we were told the elevator was broken leaving us to carry all our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. There was water dripping from the ceiling in the hall just outside our room. The carpet was wet in the room. There was a horrible odor in the room of air freshener. The fridge door was crooked and didn’t close all the way. The bathroom was very poorly maintained with cracked tiles, a plastic bag catching a leaky pipe, the valence was knocked off and crooked…I could go on and on....

“We were going to be late checking in. I tried to call the front desk THREE times during the day and I was just put on a loop and no one ever answered. To be fair the actual man at the desk who checked us in was very cordial. The hotel has just switched from a Motel 6. The old signage is still there. GPS had a hard time finding it and sent us down back alleys, even though it is on a main road.
