“Without question, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We checked into a room with a toilet that didn’t work: a problem the hotel already knew about before renting us the room. When we reported it, we were told to stick our hands inside the toilet and fix it ourselves. The next day it broke again, and another employee told us we could “just use the shower” since the toilet wasn’t working. Completely unacceptable. There were no rooms available to move us, so we spent nearly 48...

“Unfortunate circumstances. I booked this hotel for my sister’s wedding, just 2 nights of mostly just somewhere to sleep and get ready and we couldn’t even do that. I had one hour to get ready for my sister’s rehearsal dinner and once you get past the bums wandering the parking lot, the room was an “oh that’s why they hang out here” moment. The pictures online look nice I was shocked, and clearly fooled. I felt bad only one man was running the entire hotel. This is where my frustration comes in:...

“Drove 2 hours to come stay here and go to the beach for a mini family vaca. Read online the reviews and really thought it was going to be outstanding considering paying 350$ got there early to not be able to check in a hour early. (It was over 100 degrees outside) & not one room ready. Then get up to room to not be able to find remote. Thats ok, call the front desk for them to tell me to look myself. Never found it. Had to walk down and she said she would send someone up with one. Ok….. TOOK 30...

“Clean, new rooms. Small but just enough”

“Just stayed 3 nights for a quick family vacation. We loved the family suite with 2 queens beds, a bunk bed, and the pull out couch. The room was so spacious. The location is great 15 minutes from multiple beaches including Silver Beach, Lion Park Beach, and Warren Dunes. We visited all three and loved different things about each. It’s not luxury but a great family hotel.”
