“The staff was very friendly. We came to breakfast shortly before it closed and the attendant wanted to make sure we were able to have whatever had been available, even if it meant she would need to make more. The staff works very hard to make this a great place to stay!”

“We stay for two days and I expect that the staff will clean and arrange our beddings but she or he didn’t do it. They clean a little bit of our bathroom but the sink you can see the dirty that they didn’t clean. I hope the management will check the room specially the sink because need to be clean.”

“Had to move rooms as TV did not work. The sink drain was slow. Next room the hair dryer did not work and the face plate was broken. On the up side it was very clean, the bed comfortable and the staff was most gracious.”

“I think the hotel is under construction so it was a lot going on. The hotel elevator looks like it was a door before. Some parts of the hotel had leaks in the ceiling. We got to the room and the water in the tub constantly ran. The window in the room had black mold..”

“I wasn’t even able to check in and stay at this property due to issues with obtaining the incidental and the property refuses to give me back the money I used to book the room with even though I was never able to stay. However, the property looks amazing from what it did years ago.”

“Honestly the staff made the property worth it. The room we stayed in wasn’t the cleanest. I think it hadn’t been used in a very long time.”

“Biscuits were cold inside and room smelled damp. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Staff was wonderful.”

“The room was horrible, we could hardly walk around without bumping into something. We stayed for 6 days and no one ever cleaned the room even if we asked. Our bed had stains on the sheets and someone else’s hairs. We couldn’t use our tub, the water was cut off for hours, outside was filthy! We found a pill on the floor under the table. Staff would not give us new towels, new bedding, or even empty the trash. This was honestly the worst hotel we’ve EVER stayed in. Don’t waste your money or time.”

“Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled.”
