“The hotel had only one flaw. The pillows were overstuffed, hard and impossible to sleep on. I slept without one on the first night then went to Target to buy a pillow. May I suggest the Goldilocks solution. Since there are 3 pillows - one should be hard, one medium and one soft. All just right for for the traveler ”

“This place is top notch! The room and view of the lake was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. The balcony is very small. But 2 folding chairs fit there easily. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and adequate. The noise level was perfect for me. I believe the rooms may actually be soundproof as I was told. My only complaints is that it took forever to get hot water. And the cleaning staff made the hallways smell terribly strong with the odor of cleaning...

“This seems to be a hotel in transition and it has major problems. Regardless of the staff's efforts the hotel needs major capital repairs and updating.”

“It is a refurbished hotel with a new name I believe. It has the basics. Clean, comfortable bed. WiFi works. Coffee 24/7. Friendly staff. On the other hand, the room didn’t have any place to hang clothes on a hanger. No cabinets with drawers. There was one room on the side that had nothing in it. We were there for 2 nights. So, it was ok.”

“Music playing until early hours of the morning. Paper thin walls so you can hear your neighbors every sound. No WiFi”

“Good breakfast. Sauna was broken. Pool was warm. Hot tub had something weird floating in it. We didn’t get in. Room was big. Bed was comfy.”
