“I was in a bind and had to book at room at this place. I paid $482 for a night (surge pricing) and ended up not staying because it was not clean. The bathroom in lobby said out of use, yet as I waited and rang the bell, the staff member came out of the bathroom. What? Out of order but he comes out. Hotel room toilet had something sketchy and hotel in general had a bad odor. We did not stay but didn't get a refund.”

“Our stay was unfortunately a very unsettling experience from the start. When we checked in and were given our room, we opened the door only to find that it was already occupied by other guests. Walking into a room with strangers inside was shocking and honestly quite scary. It raised serious concerns about the hotel’s organization and guest safety.
