“Great Property, but Service Needs a Personal Touch I had mixed feelings about my recent stay. On the positive side, the rooms were spotless and the property itself is in excellent condition. However, the service didn’t quite live up to the surroundings. “Stayed here for over a week. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and included eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice and a few more things. I recommend making a breakfast sandwich with bagel, sausage, and egg! Overall hotel was clean, but when I went to use a pool, the area around it was dirty with garbage on the floor and pool water did not look clean. It needs to be looked into. “Parking is easy, the heating worked well, the rooms are spacious. I would recommend replacing the carpet in the elevator as it is worn out, and maybe putting some mirrors in there as well as it is too plain. ”
