“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice but needed some repair work on the walls. The pool was closed and I didn’t go to the workout room. Breakfast looked fine but I didn’t eat there. Overall it was a good experience for me and I stayed on two separate occasions.”

“Easy check in, good location, outdated bathroom. The furniture needs to be replaced in hotel room. The cover on the chair was kinda off putting makes you wonder why it needs a cover. Good a/c, quiet, the smallest pillows I’ve ever seen for a king sized bed but the bed was comfortable. Better breakfast than most hotels. Loved the waffles. Needs a bigger area for the breakfast as it was super packed and could barely move around. All and all good for the price compared to other hotels in the area.”

“Ok so the room was clean. The staff was nice. That's all the good. Hotel was dirty in general. The continental breakfast was some cereal, waffles, bread, no butter, and some yogurt. The juice machine was broken. My rooms door had been broken into at some point and they just glued a new door jam over top of the broken one, so it like somebody could just shoulder tackle the door and it would just break open. “You get what you pay for here. Fine place to stay the night but downsides were zero hot water in the shower and the musky smell throughout the building.”

“For price point, I was extremely disappointed at the lack of basic amenities like daily housekeeping. You can request extra towels or request new sheets (that you have to dress the bed with) but there is absolutely no cleaning service or garbage pickup. There is also no room service after early afternoon/lunch. For this to be considered a resort I felt the property overall LACKED. “My husbend fel down from plastic chair which broke, at the pool side...hurting himself. The entrance, to the property from the main street, is NOT lit and at night is hard to find a way. The curved driveway with high curbs”

“I have stayed in several Tru by Hiltons… this one sits in a nice location..appearance is very nice.. the room was not as clean as it should of been… Staff were not friendly. Very disappointed this is one of my favorite places to stay. Would have looked for something else if I had not of had my grandkids with me! Note: I have never had this issue at any of the others! always TOP NOTCH!!”

“Easy off easy on to the highway. Plenty of places within walking distance to eat or grab coffee. They did offer a continental breakfast but I am an early riser and did not stay long enough to check it out.”

“Our room was clean, location was convenient, but we had some small issues. 1. The shower faucet handle can off very easily so be careful. It did work. 2. Both the shampoo and conditioner were out of fluid. 3. This one is my fault. They should’ve been informed myself of what the breakfast buffet was. With my dietary needs wasn’t much for me to eat but a hard boiled egg.”

The hotel room had no full length mirror which was very surprising and the ac was so loud it sounded like a motorcycle when it kicked on. The bathroom door had holes in it. The breakfast was very basic. But well stocked. We did love the balcony such a pretty view at sunset.”

She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work.
