Hotel a Bridgman

“A beautiful gal checked us in. I don't remember her name but it was very pretty and started with a C. (Carmalia??) Before she assigned us a room, she asked our preferences, like which floor, close to the elevator, tub or shower? This was very appreciated!! She also explained the players club and showed us a map and was not hurried. She's definately a keeper!! Our room was very clean. Lots of pillows. Comfortable bed. Lots of lighting and storage. Microwave and fridge, coffee maker, bottled...

“Very nice, clean, attractive room. Bed was very comfortable! The room was a studio suite that was just 50 square feet bigger than a standard room that was the same price as the standard but felt so much bigger. It was great. Had a fridge microwave and loveseat. Bathroom really nice and big. Only drawback was the showerhead was a little small but water pressure was fine. Had a small but nice breakfast - Egg omlets, pancake maker, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, milk, bagels, toast. We would stay...

“The room I got was okay before inspection. I got a king bed for the night and underneath the desk were three little chocolate-like, maybe even “Milk Duds” candy droplets along the floor. In the bathroom, the bottom of the shower curtain was stained with mold and it had this old-aged smell rather than a “clean” smell. There was some accumulation of dust within the room too, which just makes it seem like it was never touched at all. When me and my partner went to the desk to discuss these issues,...

“Kids running up and down the hallways all night even after we called down to the lobby. Weird window facing into the hallway? Room was very oddly set up and horrible lighting. ”

“The first room we were assigned was dirty and there was a ton of garbage behind the table in between the beds. The hotel staff was not the most friendliest when checking out. The beds are NOT soft at all!! ”

“Terrible experience, i was given a room with a hole in the main door ( didnt fix the peephole ) , i was offered another room but was occupied! And offered 3rd room and wasn’t cleaned! Terrible experience , cancelled my reservation and got full refund ”
