“During our last stay we needed the room cleaned last minute, they were quick and helpful.”

“The front desk clerk was very nice. The room was clean and smelled wonderful. The exterior of the hotel was giving old and in desperate need of a makeover! I’m glad I decided to stay there! The price was also wonderful.”

“We always love to stay at Holiday Inn, but this past visit our bed was slanted and very creaky. The crib we were given for our baby had broken bars and the shower had very little pressure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids had a blast in the pool (though those pool towels are very tiny and don't dry you at all). The free breakfasts are always a must, but the waffle maker was also broken... (See a pattern here?) The room stayed nice and cool, the tv worked well, the car stayed...

“The property had debris laying around under the breezeway and in the back of the parking area. The staff was nice. She asked if we wanted to pay $5 more for a renovated bathroom and we said yes. The room was nice looking but the floor had a sticky residue that made a sticking sound with every step. The bathroom floor was dirty with hair and dirt pushed to the corners and we paid $5 extra! Needless to say, I didn't take my shoes off in the room except for a shower. They did have shampoo,...

“You get what you pay for so I can’t complain but the staff seemed a bit confused.. I booked online and when I got to the property I told them just that the staff tried to charge me again saying I didn’t pay online despite me showing them the receipt and the confirmation number. And for some reason they asked multiple times if I had any animals with me despite me saying numerous times that it was just me and my fiancée. The room was what I expected to be at least it was clean but I checked out...
