“Fairly clean but not as clean as in the past years I’ve stayed there. Housekeeping was good but front desk put us on a floor where people complained about noise and we travel with grand kids and I always ask to be on a floor with other people with kids so there won’t be any issues. The restaurants are excellent and the slots and games are good but the building needs some upgrading or remodeling. Overall C+ but last year was a B+, year before that an A-.”

“Room was the worse I have stayed in. Bathroom door would not close. Shower head was broken. Low water pressure.”

“Bathroom in our room had what appeared to be mold growing on the ceiling, wall and back of the door. The microwave in our room did not have a microwave plate and our room smelled like dirty feet the entire time. The only time anyone was ever at the desk was early mornings or late nights otherwise there was a sign stating they were busy helping another guest the whole time.”

“Parking is angled both sides making backing out to leave a challenge. Pool had not been cleaned yet and prepped for warmer weather. The HVAC system worked great. Room overall same as pictures. Cleanliness' needs some work as there was dirt on the floor between the desk and dresser. Also, the surfaces had a dusty gritty feel to them. The microwave was basically unusable due to peeling coating and turntable was rusty and didn't turn. Lamp shaded by the bed had a sticky substance on them....
