“Older hotel. Very clean. Comfortable beds. The shower floor “popped” constantly while showering and the shower had poor pressure. Staff was very friendly. I didn’t eat the buffet breakfast because most hotels offer the same fare complimentary. The charge of 15.00 seemed a little expensive for a “hotel” breakfast. ”

“The TV didn’t work and had to ask for assistance twice. Fixed the second time. Our A/C didn’t work consistently. Asked 3 times for it to be looked at but didn’t get working. Set at 60 just to get it cooled but never got below 74. At the desk they verified it had 12 errors and the temp was set at 60 but running to that temp. On Friday evening the desk clerk was helpful and friendly but the next evening, a different clerk, was so sick she couldn’t stay at the desk for longer than a few minutes....

“Hands down the best staff! The nicest hotel. The outside may seem a little outdated, but the inside is TOP notch!!! The small Grind house little cafe soon as you enter into the casino had the BEST food!!! Beds were amazing, rooms were VERY neat! LOVED ALL OF IT!!”

“Room had 1 small chair and 1 table..definitely not designed for guest comfort. Almost appeared to be specifically designed to not be comfortable for guests and to purposely direct the guest to move to the attached casino as quickly and as often as possible. We were also told that room cleenup would not be available during our stay. The room was 144.00 per night make your own judgement.”

“For an establishment that calls itself a resort it was horrible. We showed up earlier than check in time to verify the reservation and when we showed up to check in we had to wait 20 minutes. They should have had our room ready. Additionally there were zero amenities in the room. Nothing in the bathroom for showering, and not even an ice bucket. No refrigerator, no microwave, and the hallway on the 3rd floor leaked as it rained. I would advise people to avoid this place and book elsewhere....

“The hotel is showing its wear and tear bathrooms. Weren’t all that clean. There was never enough hot water. I couldn’t even fill up the bathtub to take a bath the usual muffins juice something like that but the best part is that the staff is just unbelievably helpful I couldn’t find my phone after we left and we came back to get it and the girls went and looked everywhere for me. It had gotten kicked underneath one of the tables. I thought that was incredible. They went and looked stopped at...
