“The room we had was clean. Beds were comfortable. Front desk attendant was very helpful, polite and kind. ”

“Stay was good, bed was comfortable. The only issue I have is the air fresheners used in the lobby and halls is entirely too strong. A lot of people get sick from heavy smells like y’all use. I’m one of them.”

“We checked in around 2 am. It took the stiff 20 minutes to get to the window. Thats the only complaint we had other than the parking. There isn't enough parking so everyone would park in front of our door so we had to park on the other side of the parking lot. This is the second time ive stayed at this location and I will definitely stay again when we go back.”

“Poor breakfast,staff knew I was paying cash because my bank account was low, so I paid cash and a deposit. They charged my bank also and over drawed my account. And I was charged 29 dollars for over draft and the money was never deposited back, ”

“Everything was good except it would’ve been nice to have a reading chair in there and I think they may have had one at one time because there was a lamp in the corner and an ottoman.”

“Breakfast was gross. Old smell to building. No in room necessities like hand soap & body wash. Broken phone. Coffee maker and ice bucket IN RESTROOM. Bed sheets and towels in poor condition (torn & stained). No elevators. Poor quality inn :/”

“Had a lovely renovated suite with comfortable bed and pillows. The desk night lady had no personality and seemed to be grumpy. She didn't correctly guide me to the right elevator. Im not sure if the attached sports bar falls under this review but they were severely understaffed with one bartender trying to manage large crowd. At night had difficulty getting a food order. It was chaotic. The waffle House across street was delivery only and few dining options nearby. However the 4 minutes to...

“Parking was easy and secure. We missed having breakfast. At the present time, proprietors are only able to provide coffee & recommended a local bakery where we purchased delicious scones. I would advise older adults with mobility issues to try to book carriage as Eliza room and other rooms in house required climbing long staircase. Fortunately Ben, one of proprietors, offer to carry our luggage. Overall it was a positive experience. ”

“Parking great Breakfast fair”

“I’m a little confused on how this hotel got the ratings that it did… the neighborhood is very sketchy. Men in the parking lot jamming out, homeless population right outside the hotel, etc… I (woman) was traveling alone and felt very unsafe. Would not stay again. Carpets were stained and sticky feeling, AC didn’t work in the first room I was out in. Hotel is old and did not feel very clean. Very disappointed, being that the reviews I saw were pretty good…really not sure how it got such high...

“The hotel was modern with lighted safe parking. The breakfast was hot with options for everyone. All the staff was friendly. It’s close to food and shopping. ”

“This place was nice except the room smelled musty and the breakfast bar was at best minimally stocked. The tub filled up ankle deep during the shower. The toilet clogged up without anything in it. This place could definitely use some updating. The coffee pot leaked all over. Very very sad. ”
