Luckily I didn’t find bedbugs, but I did find dead bugs behind the mattress. There’s old water stains in the tub and around the grout lines. “06/28 My family and I stayed at this location. According to my reservation check in started at 3PM, we arrived at 5 PM and we were told that our room wasn’t ready. That the cleaning staff was behind. I asked if there were any comparable available and was told no. Staff on site said they would call when it was ready, and hour and a half later no call. “We love staying here when we are in town. Clean and the staff can’t be beat.”

“The hotel was clean, which is why I gave two stars. The hotel is outdated; the small fridge did not get really cold; the coffee pod was the wrong kind for the tiny machine. A bar of soap was the amenity. The mattress was so soft, it barely allowed for turns in the bed.
