“Great. We have stayed there multiple times to visit an elderly relative. Came this time for her funeral. Everything is always first class. The staff as usual were extremely caring and helpful.”

“We had joining rooms upstairs. We could not walk to the bathroom with out the desk calling our room. because the people below was was complaining about the stomping. We were in bed going to sleep lights out rooms dark and got a knock on our door. The deck clerk saying the downstairs people will not stop complaining. I opened the door all the way and showed the guy clerk we were in bed. Not stomping. I paid for my room with out being able to be comfortable. We had to tiptoe to the bathroom....

“The property was very clean, there was available dog waste bags outside for my service dog, the grounds and landscaping was fantastic as well. The staff were so helpful and polite even at our late arrival of near 1am. The breakfast was very good with protein and fruit options, including yogurt. The facilities and rooms were clean. “None of the room that I selected when made the reservation wasn’t available at check-in. The property is old and needs updates. I always check for bedbugs in every room. Luckily I didn’t find bedbugs, but I did find dead bugs behind the mattress. There’s old water stains in the tub and around the grout lines. I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot on the floor cause it seems like it needs to be cleaned. There was an old stale smell as soon as you walk into. in the tub and around the grout...

“Everything was clean. The pool was in disrepair, but still swimmable. Good deal for the price. Nothing exceptional, but would stay again as the property is clean.”

“They switched our room from a king to a room with 2 queen beds because of over booking (didnt tell us) even though i booked the room over a month in advance. Then when we get into the room and the mini fridge was leaking with towels inside and outside of the fridge. The room smelt very musty. Other then that the staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom and the beds were clean.”
