I don’t care if I’m in the middle of nowhere Arkansas, Best Western properties are known for better and this one just made me want to leave and go find a shower. The receptionist was super nice though. It’s not her fault the property is not maintained well. It’s a $50 a night room, not $100.”

“Did not eat breakfast but many people did. The property looked fine and parking was adequate. I was overcharged for the room and am still trying to get it straightened out. ”

“The gym was hot as if the air conditioner wasn’t working. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken leaving one machine for 4 floors, the tv in the room wasn’t working and the room sink water did not get hot. The room was clean.”

“The Empress is in/near a very nice/cool/fun section of Main St. Good food. Solid galleries. At least two very interesting antique shops. Wonderful ice cream shop. The Community Bakery is very good for pastries, coffee, breakfast or lunch. At the Empress James is a perfect host and took care of everything we needed. We would stay again if our travels take us back to Little Rock.”
