Hotel a Rockport

“The staff was very kind.”

“Great deal on a clean and quiet room for a tired road tripper. Everything worked in the room. The shower was hot, room seemed really clean, bed was comfortable, and the hotel offers a basic complimentary breakfast to help get you on your way. Would stay here again!”

“There was glasses or water jeg kept. Tv table dusty. Patio furnitures are old and not clean. There was no facility to keep our bags and no hangers. Laundry bag not kept. Shower knob was very hard to turn. Sofa was torn in couple of places. No cleaning clothes kept in kitchen. These are small but matters. Otherwise stay was good.”

“There is no management. Here you receive a code to get inside of the gate. It is in a good location in this city. The room was very nice. It's under renovations. The breakfast is some muffins and coffee and stuff in the room. They tried to make it nice on a busy street, but very clean room did not see any amenities here.Other than the inside of the room, it is a very short ride to downtown hot springs”

“The room appeared ok when we first got there. Then I noticed there were stains on the comforter and the linen seemed dingy and old. I went to buy my own pillow cases/sheets because I did not want to sleep on those pillow cases and sheets. Housekeeping came to bring clean linen-still dingy( we appreciated this) I used my blanket from home as my cover. We looked under the bed and there was a used Q-tip on the floor(gross). We had a problem with the thermostat, the room temperature was up to 84...

“The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.”

“Was a clean room”

“We stayed there for one night. It was a beautiful lake view and we stayed in a room with a balcony. The actual room was not the cleanest. The lamp shades had mold on them and the actual lamps were rusted. The walls had stains and looked like it was repainted in areas but definitely didn’t match. The baseboard in the room was beyond dirty. For one night it was fine but not sure if I would have stayed another night if we were planning on it.”

“Housekeepers do a good job,staf”

“It is fairly close to the main downtown street area with shops, restaurants, bath houses. A fair budget price for a budget motel.”

“They need to offer free breakfast for what the rooms cost”

“VERY CLEAN, NICE STAFF BUT DID NOT FOLLOW UP ON OUR COMPLAINTS ABOUT KIDS BANG AND JUMPING UP AND DOWN IN THE ROOM ABOVE US DURING THE NIGHT AND THE NEXT MORNING. BEST FREE BREAKFAST WE HAVE EVER HAD. POOL OUT OF ORDER.”

“The hotel shuttle made it super easy to go places without having to take your own vehicle since parking is rather difficult in Hot Springs.”
