“The room was really clean it was in okay check in just didn't know there was a deposit wish I had known that before I got there but otherwise it was okay”

“Hotel was ok, but a little run down. Check in staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, but bathroom tub didn’t drain properly. Breakfast was poor. Only waffle maker, cereal, breads, and biscuits with white gravy. The syrup for the waffles wasn’t refilled, so waffles weren’t even worth it. Fine if you’re just looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep, but don’t expect much more.”

“A older style hotel! Near interstate 30, our room was near the road a little bit of noise but after a few minutes didn’t even notice! Hotel was almost empty! A little surprised they don’t lower rates when they’re that empty! Just stayed to get some sleep! Very pleasant staff! Would stay again if passing through at the right time.”

Advertised continental breakfast-even had sign at front desk-said they discontinued that years ago and told me to go to Waffle House across the street. Were rude. Empty vending machines. “Everything was great at the hotel they just need a turkey option for breakfast for those who don't eat pork and the young lady that was at the front desk didn't hardly speak English and couldn't understand a lot of the customers that's the only thing that was a problem.”

“I can’t stress enough, how important it is to have a clean room and facility. Our room was clean, updated and nice. The facility was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered many items to choose from and the dining area was very clean. They allow pets, I think the first one is free.”

“Very nice hotel and staff. We had been on a 61 day adventure cross country and this was one of the nicest places we stayed. I would have rated it 5 stars but when we walked into our room, I almost slipped as the refrigerator apparently had leaked and there was water across the floor. They did come up right away and took care of the problem”

“This is my 3rd attempt to give The Arlington a chance. And it was my last attempt. We found moldy cheese under the bed, the shower drain cap was missing so it was just an open hole in the shower. The carpet is the same as it was probably 20+ years ago and it shows. HOWEVER - The staff is very friendly and professional, so that was refreshing. ”
