“Was a clean room”

“Very quiet and peaceful stay. The bed was comfy, the outdoor pool was nice. The room was clean. Very reasonable rates. I would stay here again for sure!!”

“We stayed there for one night. It was a beautiful lake view and we stayed in a room with a balcony. The actual room was not the cleanest. The lamp shades had mold on them and the actual lamps were rusted. The walls had stains and looked like it was repainted in areas but definitely didn’t match. The baseboard in the room was beyond dirty. For one night it was fine but not sure if I would have stayed another night if we were planning on it.”

“This place was fantastic. Everything in and around property was super clean. Very organized. Lots of parking for our vehicle with trailer. Close to walking to food places and casino with several restaurants. Advice: when you arrive do The Trolley Tour and you’ll have lots of ideas on what to do in the area.”

“I thought before I'd seen the property I doubted the place because of stays I had in other place in town but we arrived we were greeted well and assisted to get our check in done hr explained a cpl things to us was very friendly and helpful the property was amazing it was very clean and the pool was great the only thing I'd like more of was more choices with breakfast but still no complaints here great job to the staff and housekeeping I will be saving this place as 1 of my faves and b back 1...

“It is fairly close to the main downtown street area with shops, restaurants, bath houses. A fair budget price for a budget motel.”

“Tucked back in the Arkansas rolling hills… is an awesome little B&B. Had never been to a B&B before but thought we’d break our trip up and it was well worth it. Tiffany and Bob have a beautiful place, quiet, calm, peaceful place to step away from the high pace of life. If you are traveling to Hot Springs you should highly consider taking a step outside of town… I know I’ll well be back!”

“My second time staying here, I got the same room. I had last time that I stayed the night room 150 that’s how much tax like staying at this place. Lady behind the desk was wonderful thank you for everything that you did. Looking forward to staying again in the future.”

“Wonderfully maintained old world charming lodge (1920). Very private and quiet. Wonderful chef prepared multi course breakfast. Surrounded by beautiful grounds, shrubs, flowers, trees, and a fountain and waterfall out our window! Family owned and so friendly. Complementary snacks, drinks, coffee - very relaxing adults only place to stay!”
