Hotel a Malvern

“Hotel was ok, but a little run down. Check in staff were friendly. Rooms were clean, but bathroom tub didn’t drain properly. Breakfast was poor. Only waffle maker, cereal, breads, and biscuits with white gravy. The syrup for the waffles wasn’t refilled, so waffles weren’t even worth it. Fine if you’re just looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep, but don’t expect much more.”

“Love the staff!!!! really helpful we were there for vacation and ours stayed was good!! Everything was close maybe needs a little update on the room but other than that everything is good!!!!”

“No water for customers after breakfast hours I know it’s miner but that’s not good ”

“The water never got hot beds was hard as a rock towels with dirty the lamp shade is disgusting”

“The restroom did not have tissue and the fold out bed did not have sheets in room. Nice location. Beautiful property and staff was wonderful. Breakfast was not the best.”

“Not a huge deal, but I tried to check in around 3:15, but my room wasn’t available until around 4:15. Staff was courteous and friendly, but kind of odd they would give me room keys while the room was still being cleaned. Not a terrible experience, but probably wouldn’t choose to stay there again.”

“Minor things: ice & vending signs on each floor, they have only ice during our stay. Apperently several ice machines were not working. However, they did have vending in the lobby. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Walk in shower was an additional perk.”

“Breakfast was actually good. Pool area had no towels our whole stay. They do not use trash bags? It just seems understaff to me”

“Very nice breakfast (eggs, waffles, bacon, cereal, bagels, coffee, juice). Nice work out room with free weights and the pool was heated to 98 degrees.”

“Construction was being done the entire time I was there could not get any sleep the guys that were doing construction were also blasting music the sheets were itchy and the room had a bad smell to it do not recommend staying ”

“First room we were assigned had a short so there was no electricity but the manager moved us quickly. Dead roach in the tub, tub didnt drain and had to call for a plunger and toilet required us to manually fill in order to flush it. Only reason i gave then 3 stars was the staff was polie and quick to help. Definitely not worth 100.00. But i guess they can charge that since there are only 2 hotels in town.”
