Hotel a Magnet Cove

“Staff was friendly.”

“The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.”

“The smell in that property was very bad. It was all over and more on elevator. They have sprayed the room sprayer heavily in spite of that it was nauseating. I have never stayed in any such smelly hotel. Since we booked last minute this came in our budget. But my stay experience was completely spoiled due to the smell. Food was okay and no room service unless you ask.”

“This hotel is by far the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. I booked a room for the 4th of july weeend. I expected some noise.But at 1 am I decidedc to leave my first night there. when I walked to the office to inform them I was leaving to go stay swomewhere quieter. I saw they were allowing people to continue to shoot fireworks in their parking lot at 1 am!. while the staff was watching all this going on. and the room above me was having a party and started singing at one point. kids were...

“Breakfast options were minimal. If staying on the second floor, be prepared to walk stairs. Room was clean overall. Beds were decent.”

“Everything was nice great Internet wonderful TV comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and start my day off since I’m going on cash anyway thank you for everything for the stay”

“We stayed there for one night. It was a beautiful lake view and we stayed in a room with a balcony. The actual room was not the cleanest. The lamp shades had mold on them and the actual lamps were rusted. The walls had stains and looked like it was repainted in areas but definitely didn’t match. The baseboard in the room was beyond dirty. For one night it was fine but not sure if I would have stayed another night if we were planning on it.”

“The room was very clean. When we arrived there was a basket with snacks and water bottles. The coffee area had a couple of muffins which was a nice treat. Check in is all electric which is very easy to navigate through. No front desk staff on property. The one staff member I meet in the morning was very friendly and helpful. The location is on the same street as the Hot Spring National Park about a mile in 1/2 down the road. We would stay here again.”

“The room appeared ok when we first got there. Then I noticed there were stains on the comforter and the linen seemed dingy and old. I went to buy my own pillow cases/sheets because I did not want to sleep on those pillow cases and sheets. Housekeeping came to bring clean linen-still dingy( we appreciated this) I used my blanket from home as my cover. We looked under the bed and there was a used Q-tip on the floor(gross). We had a problem with the thermostat, the room temperature was up to 84...

“Nice clean place. Very good for this price.”

“There was glasses or water jeg kept. Tv table dusty. Patio furnitures are old and not clean. There was no facility to keep our bags and no hangers. Laundry bag not kept. Shower knob was very hard to turn. Sofa was torn in couple of places. No cleaning clothes kept in kitchen. These are small but matters. Otherwise stay was good.”
