“The breakfast was sufficient and included fresh waffles, cereal/milk, yogurt, limited pastries, juice, coffee, and 2 or 3 bananas each day that were starting to brown. The staff were amazing and helpful. This is a pet friendly property, both dogs and cats. The shower did not drain properly. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. ”

“The room is very clean for a reasonable price. I dont know about other rooms but mine didn't have a microwave or refrigerator in the room. But they have a microwave inside the office that guests can use. The staff here are always welcoming, friendly and respectful. . I feel safe thats why i support them..”

“Stayed at unit number 4-firefly Ridge. Unit was perfect – only downside is parking for this unit is not level. A very small item for an overall outstanding 2 nite visit. I would definitely come here again next time I'm in the Hot Springs area.”

“This property is convienantly located to resturaunts, grocery stores, and shopping. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the ability to have a full kitchen in the suite was greatly appreciated. The breakfast provided in the lobby provided a good selection of hot and cold options. The staff was helpful and friendly in all our communications. Would stay again and highly recommend.”

“Pleasantly surprised to see kitchen fully stocked. Our suite studio had a dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Space and organization is well thought out. The hotel appears to be recently renovated. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the fuse blowing out while using microwave, toaster and stovetop at the same time. This was easily fixed by flipping the switches in the fusebox located in our room. In overall, it was a comfortable stay!”
