“Room was not clean, whole hotel was having mosquitos around lobby to Rooms on 4th floor. Pool was closed so please be sure before booking as their system is never updated.”

Breakfast was from 6-10am but not juice machine was gross and toaster didn't toast, only warm up, even on the highest setting, they really need to upgrade and replace it. Pool was open but water was very cloudy and not a heated space. Laundry and gym room was clean and all equipment was operational”

“Checked in Friday night 6/19. Room was very nice. We put our cooler stuff in the fridge. Saturday morning my wife made a cup of coffee in the kitchenette. We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette. Microwave and refrigerator went off. We moved the coffee maker to another electrical outlet and it worked fine. Called the front desk about the...

“Absolute filth”

“The elevator was very slow. The breakfast was not good. Real arrived at least an hour before breakfast has ended. Lots of people were down there. They only had egg and sausage left and a couple of bagels crumbs on the tables and waffle batter machine broken.”

“This is our 4th and final stay at this property. The hotel itself is fine. It's a clean place to stay. The issue, is the partying at the pool. No issue with a good party, but to be drunk with glass bottles and cursing in front of little kids ruined this place for us. When one of the other guests complained, one of the staff members went out and joined the party.”

“06/28 My family and I stayed at this location. According to my reservation check in started at 3PM, we arrived at 5 PM and we were told that our room wasn’t ready. That the cleaning staff was behind. I asked if there were any comparable available and was told no. Staff on site said they would call when it was ready, and hour and a half later no call. I called twice and no one answered - ended up having to call customer service to get an answer. Finally checked in closer to 7, the towels in the...

“Old rooms and was given a room that wreaked of smoke, got new room that was better but still smelled. Then the tv didn’t work. Staff came back 3 times before setting up a new box. Staff was friendly enough but hotel outdated and smelly.”
