We booked through Expedia, checked in and when we got to our room there was black mold all over the ceiling, no running hot water and the fire alarm was disconnected hanging from the ceiling. We quick got our kids out of there for health and safety concerns and told the front desk. They said that when Expedia called them they would verify and issue a refund. “The room was fairly dirty, there wasn't a fitted sheet on one of the beds. The hot water knob didn't work and I cut my finger to the bone trying to use my knife as a screwdriver so I could take a shower. I just wanted all the supplies to clean it properly. Then the toilet was clogged, so I go to get a plunger, and because the ppl were asleep, one said I'll have to wait til morning, the other said "we don't have one right now." I was like, ok...so you want my guest to pee over my clogged...

“The property offers dog friendly however they charged another 25.00 for the stay non refundable. Would have been nice to know that prior to staying . Also no meat on the complimentary breakfast . Staff was nice and friendly, place was clean . ”

“The breakfast bar was good and the staff were all very nice. Upon entering our room it smelled musty. The bathroom floor and the carpeting weren’t as clean as they should have been. Our Kleenex box was near empty. Our heater was not working properly. It was so loud it sounded like a bearing or the motor was going out.
