“The beds were a little hard and the pull out was really uncomfortable. But other than that everything was amazing”

“ The room was comfortable and clean. My only negative is that the TV volume could not be turned up enough to hear it well. Couldn't hear it at all when the heater was on. (I don't have hearing problems.)”

“The room was fairly dirty, there wasn't a fitted sheet on one of the beds. The hot water knob didn't work and I cut my finger to the bone trying to use my knife as a screwdriver so I could take a shower. I just wanted all the supplies to clean it properly. Then the toilet was clogged, so I go to get a plunger, and because the ppl were asleep, one said I'll have to wait til morning, the other said "we don't have one right now." I was like, ok...so you want my guest to pee over my clogged...
