“The room was fairly dirty, there wasn't a fitted sheet on one of the beds. The hot water knob didn't work and I cut my finger to the bone trying to use my knife as a screwdriver so I could take a shower. I just wanted all the supplies to clean it properly. Then the toilet was clogged, so I go to get a plunger, and because the ppl were asleep, one said I'll have to wait til morning, the other said "we don't have one right now." I was like, ok...so you want my guest to pee over my clogged...

“This was an incredible stay! Brooklyn stands out of my mind. The only problem is we didn’t have any cash and her name wasn’t entered into the staff for us to be able to use the QR code for her tip. She is the fabulous young lady who had the breakfast ready and everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. Best Western has the best breakfast of any type of pre-prepared meal. There were so many choices including a frozen yogurt machine, waffles, delicious omelettes, biscuits and gravy, juices,...

“The breakfast was not good at all. We had to get Al the conditioner bottle since there was two shampoos in our room. The fridge was not working well and the door that was covering the fridge was very loose. ”

“Rooms were dark and had lights and wires hanging from the ceiling. There were gaps around the AC unit letting in cold air. The AC itself barely worked. The staff was rude and spaking very rudely about me as soon as they thought i was gone. There were drug deals happening in the parking lot. After arguing with the staff trying to get a refund I cut my losses and left after an hour. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.”

“Thankful that I could book at the last minute for a group of 5. The check in experience was great. We arrived late (4am) and were able to get right in via an electronic door code. The beds were absolute heaven! Everyone in my group agreed. Best nights sleep I’ve had in months! I was pleasantly surprised to find enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc to last our entire stay. Usually rentals just give you one roll and you have to supply the rest. There were plenty of towels, blankets...
