“Front desk check in was awful my debit card was charged for the total room instead for the incidental fee of $20.00 I tried several times trying to receive my refund in the amount of $105.67 my bank account was charged. I called Marriott customer service stated I would be receiving my refund on February 29th (no 29th in this month) tried to speak with the manager “Crystal” so rude over talked me said it was a problem between me and my bank. As of this date 04-07-2026 not received my refund....

“Minor things: ice & vending signs on each floor, they have only ice during our stay. Apperently several ice machines were not working. However, they did have vending in the lobby. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Walk in shower was an additional perk.”

“Old without repairs in room, nasty stains on chair in room, no hair dryer in room, evening staff person unfriendly, no breakfast included, no freezer in mini fridge. Bed was comfortable. ”

“A older style hotel! Near interstate 30, our room was near the road a little bit of noise but after a few minutes didn’t even notice! Hotel was almost empty! A little surprised they don’t lower rates when they’re that empty! Just stayed to get some sleep! Very pleasant staff! Would stay again if passing through at the right time.”

“Avoid at all costs. Dirty, non-smoking room reeks of smoke, everything is broken. No coffeemaker in the room. Clean sheets and comfy bed are about the only good things I can say for this place.”

“This little compact suite is perfect for travelers - a full sized fridge, dishes and other kitchen amenities, and a super comfy bed. Breakfast was good, and we enjoyed our dinner the night before at the restaurant that adjoins the property.”
